A crash blocked a portion of South Tamiami Trail on Saturday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The wreck happened around 9 a.m. and shut down the northbound and southbound lanes of South Tamiami Trail at Vintage Parkway, troopers said. It’s unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.
