New images released for wanted Lehigh Acres car burglars

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is looking for two suspects wanted for breaking into multiple vehicles early Tuesday morning, in Lehigh Acres.

According to Lee County Sheriff’s Office, two suspects are accused of breaking into 9 vehicles in the Shadow Lakes community in Lehigh Acres.

Suspect 1

According to detectives, the two began going from house to house in search of unlocked cars.

Enhanced photos have been released to show a better view of the wanted suspects.

Suspect 2

Video surveillance cameras captured the suspects on two driveways, looking inside the parked vehicles and then moving along once they realized the cars were locked.

Numerous other vehicles were unlocked, and had cash, electronics and other personal items stolen.

One of the suspects appeared to be wearing a dark hoodie, light grey sweatpants, slides and gloves. The second suspect wore a black hoodie, grey sweatpants, black sneakers and gloves.

Anyone with information on the identities and whereabouts of the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).  All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
