Driver seriously injured in Lee County crash

An Orlando man was seriously injured in a crash at a Lee County intersection early Monday.

The Florida Highway Patrol says the man, 33, lost control of his SUV while attempting to make a right turn off Summerlin Road onto Gladiolus Drive shortly before 2:30 a.m. His SUV collided with a concrete wall.

The man was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
