Dr. Rossi: Juneteenth now a federal holiday

June 18 is now a federal holiday to honor Juneteenth, the day in 1865 when the last of America’s enslaved Black people learned of the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. Here to talk about what this historic move means is political psychologist Dr. Bart Rossi.
