Man arrested in Fort Myers for dealing drugs

A 30-year-old Fort Myers man was arrested for allegedly dealing drugs from his Dora Street home.

Brandon Markell Adams, along with three women and a child, were located inside the apartment when SWAT entered.

Fort Myers police said they searched Adams’ home because they received complaints from the neighborhood of drug-dealing at the apartment.

Fort Myers police officers found the following:

  • Three (3) AR-15 style rifles (.223 ca)
  • One (1) AK47 pistol (7.62 x 39)
  • Twelve (12) handguns (.25 cal, .22 cal, .38 spcl, 9mm, .357 SIG, .45 cal, .44 magnum, FN 5.7)
  • Three (3) rifles (.44 cal, 9mm, .22 cal)
  • One (1) 12-gauge shotgun
  • Thousands of rounds of ammunition and numerous high capacity and drum style magazines
  • 2.8 grams of Crack Cocaine
  • 43.7 grams of Cocaine HCl
  • 885 grams of Marijuana
  • 11.3 grams of MDMA crystal
  • 19.2 grams of MDMA “Ecstasy” tablets
  • Fifteen (15) Synthetic Cannabinoid cartridges (1 gram of THC oil each)
  • $5,113.00 in U.S Currency (Seized Pending Civil Forfeiture)
  • Numerous digital scales, plastic baggies for packaging and cooking utensils for manufacturing crack cocaine.

Adams faces charges of renting or leasing a structure for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in MDMA, possession or marijuana with intent to sell, possession of THC oil, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
