Sunday night is expected to be the coldest night so far this winter, with lows plummeting into the 30s and 40s across SW Florida. A Frost Advisory has been issued for inland Lee County from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Monday.

The National Weather Service warns that frost could kill sensitive vegetation if left uncovered.

Then on Tuesday, another disturbance will bring another chance of showers & storms. Rain looks to start Tuesday night into with showers lingering into Wednesday morning.

Another strong cold front arrives late in the week, and next weekend could even be colder than what we’re expecting Monday.
