Police are trying to identify a woman caught on camera going to a Fort Myers CVS and trying to use credit cards they say were stolen in a vehicle burglary.

The Fort Myers Police Department needs help finding a woman seen entering a CVS pharmacy on Daniels Parkway shortly before 8 p.m. on Jan. 26, after which she attempts to use credit cards stolen during a vehicle burglary that occurred around one hour earlier.

Between around 6:40 p.m. and 7:40 p.m., two vehicles were burglarized in a parking lot in the Six Mile Cypress & Dani Drive area. Minutes after the burglaries, FMPD says the woman can be seen exiting the passenger side of what appears to be a blue or grey SUV, after which she enters the CVS and attempts to purchase gift cards with the stolen credit cards.

FMPD is asking anyone who may know the identity of the woman, or has any further knowledge about the vehicle seen in the video, to contact them at (239) 321-7700 or call Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-8477.
