Andre Eugene Perryman (Lee County Sheriff’s Office) A 46-year-old Fort Myers man was found guilty of lewd or lascivious molestation and sexual battery of a child. A jury returned the guilty verdict for Andre Eugene Perryman following a 3-day trial. The case was investigated by the Fort Myers Police Department in 2018 after the child told a friend they were being sexually abused. The victim’s friend told one of the child’s family members who contacted authorities. A sentencing date has been set for March 16.
