Collier County McDonald’s still closed after rat infestation

A video of rats infesting a Southwest Florida McDonald’s has made its way across social media. That McDonald’s is along Pine Ridge Road near I-75 in Collier County.

But on Friday that restaurant is still closed.

The State Department of Business and Professional Regulation sent an investigator to McDonald’s on Friday, but he didn’t make it inside.

The state says it will examine the kitchen when this McDonald’s reopens.
