Amber Alert issues for missing 6-year-old Homestead boy

Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a child missing from Miami-Dade County.

Jorge “JoJo” Morales, 6, was last seen in the area of the 23700 block of Southwest 184th Ave. in Homestead.

He may be in the company of 45-year-old Jorge Morales.

JoJo was last seen wearing a gray shirt, gray shorts and black shoes.

A Missing Child Alert was issued for JoJo on Aug. 31 but has since been upgraded to an Amber Alert.

CBS Miami said investigators believe his father, the elder Morales, took JoJo over a custody dispute.
