Let’s dive right in to see the fierce Libbi Leduff, who fought hard to be here today.

She was just shy of 2 years old, with a baby sister on the way, when doctors diagnosed her with cancer.

After much tribulation, Libbi is doing great.

She has incredible parents who faced her diagnosis while pregnant with her sister Ellie.
