Rodolfo Lima purchased the winning ticket from Cafe Espana restaurant, located at 498 West 28th St., in Hialeah, a city in Miami-Dade County. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning lottery ticket. Lima chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3.96 million.
