Florida man wins $5M top prize from scratch-off lottery ticket

 A 51-year-old man from Hialeah claimed the top prize of $5 million from a Gold Rush Scratch-Off lottery ticket.

Rodolfo Lima purchased the winning ticket from Cafe Espana restaurant, located at 498 West 28th St., in Hialeah, a city in Miami-Dade County.

The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning lottery ticket.

Lima chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3.96 million.
