One of the three suspected thieves who allegedly robbed a retail store in North Naples will appear in court this morning.

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, 32-year-old Harmon Brown is accused of robbing Saks Fifth Avenue at 5395 U.S. 41 North back in April.

Authorities said Brown, along with 27-year-old Michael Knight and 31-year-old Keion Payne, ran from the store after stealing purses and pepper-sprayed employees who tried to stop them.

The trio then attempted to leave in a white BMW until deputies tracked them down at Golden Gate Parkway and Livingston Road, heading toward Interstate 75.

Each Fort Lauderdale man is charged with multiple felonies, including armed robbery, aggravated battery and fleeing and eluding.

Brown will be in court Monday morning.
