When, where, and which bus stop?

Lee County parents can now access their student’s information online. Any student living within the Lee County School District who lives two miles or more from their assigned schools is eligible for transportation.

On the District’s bus stop information page, click the button toward the top with the “Bus Stop Information” label.

From there, you will be redirected to a page where you enter your child’s information and get their bus number, stop location, and estimated pick-up time.

On the same information page, you can access the “Where’s the Bus” site. From there, you can create an account, log in, or access the app. It lets you track your child’s bus to see where it is and whether it’s on time or running late.

If you are not happy with the location of your child’s bus stop, the District has a process in place through each school to request a change.

  1. Contact your student’s school and Request an Initial/Change Bus Stop Request
  2. After verifying the information on the form, the school will approve or deny the request based upon School Board policy. If the request falls within the parameters of the School Board policies, it will then be forwarded to the transportation routing department.
  3. The routing department reviews the request to ensure that it meets district, state, and federal guidelines.
  4. The school is notified if the request has been approved or denied via email.
  5. The school will notify the parents of the outcome.

School begins on August 12, 2024.
