The Naples Police Department will host Paws Fest to the public, where they can win a chance to take home a furry friend.

The event will start on Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Naples Dog Park, 99 Riverside Circle.

The event welcomes people of all ages and features local businesses and free giveaways. NPD Canines, Max and Tess, will also be there.

They will be offering free nail trims, free microchipping, a pup cup tent and available adoption.

Everyone who donates dog/cat food and gently used blankets/towels/sheets will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket.

Also, all who attend will have a chance to win one free year of grooming.
