2 wanted for stealing an e-bike from Fort Myers business parking lot

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying two men who stole an electric bike.

According to Crime Stoppers, the two unidentified men stole the e-bike from its bike lock, which was located in the parking lot of Mario’s Meat Market on 12326 S. Cleveland Avenue on Dec. 14.

The bike owner, an employee of the local Fort Myers supermarket, rode into work and chained the vehicle to a tree before starting her shift.

Surveillance video showed the two men in the back parking lot circling the area before cutting the chain of the e-bike and running away toward Crystal Court.
