COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Wildlife officers set up an elaborate trap overnight to capture a noisy neighbor in one East Naples community. Neighbors off Grosbeak Lane, near Manatee Middle School, tell WINK News bears have been tearing up their trash. Wildlife officials set food inside a trap Tuesday night and waited for the animal to walk in. When the bear finally appeared and took the bait, officers quickly shut the door. The bear will be relocated to the Picayune Strand area in the Everglades.
