Effort to reunite SWFL girl with lost Christmas money

LEE COUNTY, Fla.- WINK News is working to find a Southwest Florida girl who lost her money.

WINK News viewer Donna reached out to us after the holidays.

She says she found some balled up cash inside a local Steak & Shake on Christmas Day. Donna hopes to reunite the girl with her money, saying even though it’s a small amount, it would make a big difference.

She says the little girl who lost the money is about 7 or 8 years old and has an older sister.

The pair was at Steak & Shake with their mom and dad.
