WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) – Police performing a welfare check at a home after a child was burned say they found a marijuana grow house. The Palm Beach Post (http://pbpo.st/1EI4RLt ) reports police came to the home after a 3-year-old boy suffered second-degree burns on large portions on his chest and stomach after being splashed by boiling water Wednesday. Police say he may have spilled the liquid on himself while making Ramen noodles. An officer noticed a strong odor of marijuana and after a search of the house, which led to finding about 30 marijuana plants, 31-year-old Enrique Orestes Bornia was arrested. Bornia faces weapon and drug charges. It is unclear if he has a lawyer.
