MIAMI- The Miami Seaquarium is asking for help naming an orphaned baby manatee.

The little critter officially met the public Wednesday.

She was discovered on June 19 in outer Clam Bay, near Naples on her own, with no mother in sight.

Aquarium officials have their hands full taking care of her.

“We are now taking care of her. It’s round the clock care, bottle feedings every two to three hours and just a lot of work going into being able to take care of an orphan,” said Jodi Tuzinski, animal care manager at the seaquarium.

Workers say the baby is in good health, she just needs a moniker.

They’ve narrowed the choices down to Elle, Emoji, Gigabyte, Junebug or Prodigy.

The aquarium will announce the winning name on August 17.
