
COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- A private investigator said he saw Nicholas Fedock putting duct tape on his license plate after he and Christina Payne allegedly stole nearly $2,000 in purses from Nordstrom and Ulta.
The investigator said he recorded the heists on his car’s dash camera.
Payne was wanted in Lee County on drug charges.
Deputies said Payne took off when they got there but was later found at nearby hospital wearing a different shirt.
Fedlock was also arrested.
