NEW YORK (AP) – UPPAbaby is recalling 71,000 strollers and seats because of a choking hazard, saying children could bite off a piece of the stroller’s foam crossbar, according to federal regulators.

The recall covers 2015 Cruz and Vista strollers and RumbleSeats. UPPAbaby has received 22 reports of children biting off pieces of the “bumper bar” in front of the seat, although no injuries have been reported, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said.

Consumers should remove the bumper bar and contact UPPAbaby to get a free cover for the bar and a warning label, according to the CPSC.

The Cruz and Vista strollers have gray or black frames, black fabric seats, a colored fabric canopy and a black basket under the seat. The RumbleSeat is a separate seat that can be attached to the frame of a stroller. The products were sold at BuyBuy Baby and other retailers and through Amazon.com from December 2014 until this month. The Cruz stroller costs about $500, while the Vista costs around $860 and the RumbleSeat costs about $170.

In addition to the 71,000 products sold in the U.S., the CPSC says 8,000 were sold in Canada.
