BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- The Lee County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is investigating a bank robbery at the BB&T bank on the 12800 block of Bonita Beach Road Southeast. An LCSO spokesman says a white man entered the bank around 4 p.m. on Friday and showed bank tellers a note, asking for money. The suspect is described as being 6 feet tall with scruffy facial hair, wearing a dark shirt, dark hat with a tan bill, and sunglasses. Deputies say the suspect left the scene in a white, four-door vehicle. No one was injured in the robbery.
