Cheesy Meatball Rolls

Makes appx 3 servings
1 Small Can of Biscuits (10)
10 Meatballs (any type of meat)
4 oz Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
4 tbsp Melted Butter or Margarine
Garlic Salt
Parsley
Dipping Sauce (pasta, pizza, marinara, etc)

Preheat oven to temperature on biscuit can

Brown the meatballs in a skillet. Once heated through, remove from heat, and transfer to your prep area. Flatten out one biscuit at a time. Place cheese on the biscuit, followed by a meatball. Pull the sides up, and over the meatball until completely folded within the biscuit. Place folded top down on greased cookie sheet.

Brush the top with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Cook per instructions on the can, turning ½ way through.
Once cooked sprinkle parsley on the top (if desired), and dip in your favorite sauce.
This will work nicely with any variety of meatballs. You could even do philly rolls, or buffalo chicken rolls as well. The sky is the limit with this recipe.
You can also make this recipe using the large biscuits (8), cut each in half, and use 16 meatballs instead of 10.
This is the ultimate finger food for tailgating!
