PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. (AP) – A woman and two of her six children are dead following a rollover crash on Interstate 75 in Pembroke Pines.

Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Mark Wysocky tells the Sun Sentinel six of the seven passengers in the 2001 Buick LeSabre were ejected in the Sunday night crash.

Wysocky says the car went out of control in the northbound lanes and swerved left into the median, which is a construction zone.

The 30-year-old woman, her 8-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter died at the scene.

A man and four other children were injured and taken to a hospital in nearby Hollywood. The names of the victims have not yet been released.
