PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- An adult escort is behind bars accused of robbing one of her clients, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said. Authorities say Kimberly Brown, 25, of North Fort Myers picked up the Port Charlotte 18-year-old who hired her at his home. While driving to a remote area close to the victim’s house, a man who was hiding in the car’s rear passenger seat, placed a gun to the victim’s head and demanded his cash, wallet and jewelry. The victim was then told to get out of the car and left on Broker Street around 5 a.m., officials said. The victim was not injured. Brown is facing armed robbery charges. Authorities are still searching for her accomplice.
