GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Fla. — A man was arrested after allegedly firing gunshots at an all-terrain vehicle rider Monday.

Shane McFarland is facing firearm and aggravated assault charges, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. ATVs have been a longstanding source of frustration in the area, neighbors say.
