You might assume the negative things in life cause stress, but positive events like a new job, a new baby or an upcoming vacation also trigger stress. Teresa Spano, naturopathic consultant with Lee Physician Group, stopped by the studio to discuss why it is important to manage our stress levels to reduce the harmful effects of stress.
