Fuhgeddaboudit! Bruno’s of Brooklyn Celebrates 2 years in Florida

FORT MYERS, Fla. – One of the smallest but yet considered one of the best Italian restaurants in Southwest Florida is marking two years in the sunshine state and to say thank you, they’re helping out local veterans and throwing a party that will have you saying Fuhgeddaboudit!

Cal & Genevieve Bruno are direct from Brooklyn, New York and opened Bruno’s of Brooklyn to share their passion for true Italian cooking and Sicilian culture with all of Southwest Florida. Cal learned from some of the best, three generations of Bruno’s who gave him a culinary education every Sunday in the family kitchen.

To say thank you to Southwest Florida for an amazing two years and many more to come, the Bruno’s are throwing a party starting Thursday and running into the weekend. They’re also giving back to local veterans by raising money and selling raffle tickets for prizes to benefit the Veterans Foundation and Southwest Florida Military Museum and Library.
