Below is a list of events taking place during the festival, according to the Edison Festival website. STEMtastic Day of Discovery is a free event that will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 11 at the Harborside Event Center and Centennial Park. Admission to the Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival is free, and will happen from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Feb. 11 at Edwards Drive in Downtown Fort Myers. Registration costs $10 for Mutt Strutt, a dog parade and costume contest. It will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Feb. 11, according to the press release. Admission to the Classic Car Show is free. It occurs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 19 on Edwards Drive in Fort Myers. Registration for the Junior Fun Run begins at 11 a.m. on Feb. 12 at First St. and Jackson St. in Fort Myers. The event costs $7 per child. The Junior Parade will take place at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 12 in the River District, and admission is free. Southwest Florida families can come out to see local artists with Crafts on the River between Feb. 17 and Feb. 19. The event will take place from from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free. People can celebrate Thomas Edison at the Parade Celebration from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 18 in downtown Fort Myers. Admission is free. The Edison Festival of Light will take place at 7 p.m. on Feb. 18 in Centennial Park The Grand Parade of Light occurs from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Feb. 18 in Fort Myers.
