CAPE CORAL, Fla. A 30-year-old man accused of selling heroin is in custody, the Cape Coral Police Department said.

Steven Grover, of 5219 Calusa Court, was arrested Feb. 10 after police caught him attempting traffic heroin for the second time in three months.

The police department’s undercover units bought heroin from Grover several times before police conducted a traffic stop on him in the 1100 block of N.E. 16th Place after another transaction, police said.

Police found stacks of cash, two phones and heroin in his car.

Grover is facing several counts of sale and possession of heroin with no bond.

He was also arrested in November for the same crime, as well as 24 other times for various crimes, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said.
