Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway, the Fort Myers Police Department said. Naples resident Brandon Ybarra Taylor, 21, was killed when he was hit by a Ford F-150 as he attempted to cross the parkway just north of Challenger Boulevard, police said. No charges are pending against the driver, whose identity remains unknown. Northbound traffic was shut down on the parkway between Colonial Boulevard and Challenger Boulevard. All lanes of travel were reopened just before 10 a.m. The circumstances leading up to the crash are unclear.
