PUNTA GORDA, Fla. The Bayfront Health Punta Gorda’s Emergency Room reopened Thursday, hospital officials said.
Internal departments including radiology, lab, pharmacy are assisting the ER physicians and staff at the emergency room on 809 E Marion Ave., hospital officials said.
Patients requiring hospital admission will be stabilized and transferred to Bayfront Health Port Charlotte on 2500 Harbor Blvd., hospital officials said.
The Punta Gorda Campus is expected to open hospital-wide next week, hospital officials said.
