Residents are asked to place debris from Hurricane Irma at their curbs away from regular garbage and recycling no later than 7 a.m., the county’s emergency management department said. Debris is not to be placed in bags or near any of these objects: Storm drains Fences Fire hydrants Mailboxes Poles Transformers Downed wires Water meters Vehicles Anywhere close to overhead wires All household garbage and recycling should be placed in proper containers at at the curb, emergency managers said.
