Trained crisis counselors are available through the Disaster Distress Helpline around the clock, seven days a week at 1-800-985-5990. The service is also available by texting TalkWithUs to 66746.
The service is provided through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
