Suspicious fire in Lehigh Acres under investigation

A brush fire started by a burning car in Lehigh Acres is being investigated as arson by the Lee County Fire Marshal.

The fire started as a vehicle fire around 1:30 a.m. on Thursday and spread overnight.

WINK News reporter Jessica Alpern was in Lehigh Acres where the charred car was being removed from the scene.
