Lindsey’s lesson: Education before bed

Kids across Southwest Florida returned to school through e-learning today, so today’s “Lindsey lesson” is focused on education right before bedtime.

You can check out the website: Bedtime Math— there are all kinds of tabs to explore, but the two you should focus on are the daily math and games at home.

The daily math is exactly that —A math problem a day.

The website provides questions for three different age levels.

You can sign up for an email or download the free app, so you get the bedtime math problem daily.

The second section is “Home games.”

This one involves a beach ball. You put numbers on it, then depending on your child’s age you ask questions involving the numbers their hands land on.

Whether they need to identify the numbers, subtract the two, and so on.
