At around 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, detectives with the Fort Myers Police Department Special Enforcement Division Vice/Narcotic Unit and a S.W.A.T. team served a narcotic search warrant on Henderson Avenue. The warrant was in response to several complaints alleging drug sales from the residence.

Linda Ann Neal, 49, was found and detained there; no one else was present.

A search uncovered 20.5 grams of crack cocaine, 10.6 grams of MDMA, 1.1 gram of marijuana, 7.1 grams of psilocybin “magic mushrooms,” several items of drug paraphernalia including a digital scale and baggies, $1,452 and a Cobra .380 auto handgun.

All items were seized, and Neal was arrested. She now faces multiple charges of drug possession with intent to sell near a school, trafficking, leasing or renting for the purpose of trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
