
Lee County Sheriff’s Office conducted a death investigation along Alico Road in south Fort Myers Friday night.
Deputies were along Alico Rd. in between US-41 and I-75, where investigators responded to the report of a body on the road.
The investigation shut down the stretch of Alico Rd., for a couple of hours during the initial investigation. The roadway has since reopened.
No further information has been released.
