Poll numbers in Florida are very close, so both candidates have their eye on the sunshine state just before election day.

“I see about five times the enthusiasm. The enthusiasm, I’ve never seen this,” said Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani said when he spoke to WINK News Reporter Andrea Guerrero. “I thought in 2016 I never saw more enthusiasm. Okay, want to be modest three times the enthusiasm.”

“Joe and I both know the path to the white house leads to Florida,” said Kamala Harris.

Early voting is now officially closed in Florida and that means it will all come down to November 3. Despite the fact that Former Vice President Joe Biden is currently leading in the polls in Florida, Giuliani is sure the numbers will be in President Trump’s favor come Tuesday.

“The people that show up now are Republicans and they’re going to show up in mass numbers,” said Giuliani.

A main focus for both campaigns is and will continue to be getting the votes of the Black and Hispanic communities.

“He created the best economy not for Hispanics than they ever had, but it was the best economy for everybody,” Giuliani said.

“There are many issues that are important. Yes, about criminal justice reform, there are issues are about economic issues in terms of capital,” Harris said. “The disproportionate of the effect of COVID in the Black community.”

In Southwest Florida, over 600,000 people have filled out their ballots already. However, thousands are still expected to come to the polls on Tuesday.
