The first Trader Joe’s location in Lee County is set to open Feb. 5. The new 12,000-foot store will be located at 4983 S Cleveland Avenue in south Fort Myers, at Page Field Commons shopping center. This will be the 21st Trader Joe’s in Florida. Just before the opening at 8 a.m., there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony, music and giveaways. This location is also committed to social distancing practices and is expected to implement them to keep shoppers and crew members safe. The store is set to feature artwork of local attractions, the Fort Myers skyline, Edison Estates and lots of wildlife. Trader Joe’s in south Fort Myers will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
