One of two boys wanted by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of an armed gas station robbery and an attempted pawn shop burglary was arrested on Monday.

The 12-year-old suspect was arrested around 10:38 p.m. after authorities began searching for him and another boy, both seen in surveillance footage from the attempted burglary of Larry’s Jewelry and Pawn Shop and an armed robbery at a Wawa gas station.

The 12-year-old is being held in juvenile detention until his March 15 court date. The other child has not yet been found.
