(Credit: WINK News) A man walking his dog early Thursday in Cape Coral was struck by a car. It happened around 6:30 a.m. along the 400 block of NW 1st Terrace. A family member of the man told WINK News the man, who is over 70, suffered a broken rib and broken facial bones but is expected to be OK. The driver of the gray Toyota sedan that struck the man did stay at the scene. Cape police are investigating.
