Credit: WINK News. El pasado lunes, oficiales de la oficina del alguacil del Condado Lee respondieron a un robo armado en una casa en Lehigh Acres. De acuerdo con el reporte oficial, la víctima estaba en una habitación de su casa cuando tres hombres sospechosos entraron y le exigieron información de donde estaba el dinero y comenzaron a saquear la habitación. Los tres sospechosos amenazaron a la víctima con armas. Dos de ellos con pistolas y uno con un rifle AR-15. El sospechoso que cargaba el rifle golpeó a la víctima en la espalda y en la cabeza, causando que perdiera el conocimiento por un momento. Al despertar, la víctima se encontró atado a su cama y con su rostro cubierto por una sábana. Al no sentir que los ladrones estuvieran aún en la casa, logró liberarse de las correas. La víctima luego revisó dentro y fuera de la casa, pero no encontró señal alguna de los sospechosos. Asegura no saber como lograron entrar y salir de la casa. Después tuvo que ir a la casa de un vecino para poder llamar al 911, ya que le habían robado su teléfono. Servicios médicos de emergencia llegaron a la casa de la víctima para atenderlo, sin embargo él optó por que un conocido lo llevara al hospital para que le trataran las heridas. Las autoridades no dieron detalles del monto de dinero ó de que más se llevaron de la casa. Hasta el momento no han habido arrestos y la investigación sigue abierta.
