(Credit: Colier County Sheriff’s Office) Wilton Rosa De Castro of Naples is facing charges of voyeurism after the Collier County Sheriff’s Office says he scared a woman while peering through her apartment windows. The sheriff’s office says the woman saw 38-year-old De Castro watching her through the window and waving at her. Deputies say De Castro is accused of peering into the windows of his neighbor’s apartments on multiple occasions during the past month. Deputies say she provided them with RING camera security video where they say it appears De Castro is inappropriately touching himself. De Castro was arrested by CCSO on Tuesday without incident after police canvassed the neighborhood surrounding the apartment complex. Deputies say he lives in the same area as the woman he is accused of watching.
