Cape Coral police are on the scene of a disturbance near SW 47 Terrace and Skyline Boulevard. (CREDIT: WINK News) The Cape Coral Police Department is investigating a disturbance at a home off of Skyline Boulevard on Saturday morning. Police did not release any details but they asked the public to avoid the area in the 700 block of SW 47th Terrace, just off east of Skyline. The disturbance appeared to be a standoff between officers and someone by the name of Brian. The police activity dissipated just after 8:30 a.m. A SWAT Team went in and they walked out with a man in handcuffs. There are at least five marked vehicles and more than a dozen unmarked vehicles at the home. No other information is known at this time.
