Record heat returns under partly cloudy skies

Highs will reach the upper 80s and lower 90s under partly cloudy skies. Patchy fog will be possible throughout the early morning hours.

Record heat is forecast for a few locations, with others coming very close to seeing record temperatures.

Above-average temperatures will persist through the weekend. A cold front will eventually drop our highs into the 70s in some locations on Monday.

Additionally, our rain chances will remain practically non-existent over the next five days.

Allergy sufferers may struggle with the high amounts of pollen in our forecast (especially on Friday).

Our stagnant weather pattern will allow for excellent boating conditions this week.
