$1,000,000 winning Florida scratch-off ticket. (Credit: The Florida Lottery) A man from Southwest Florida hit the top prize on The Fastest Road to $1,000,000 scratch-off lottery game. The Florida Lottery says Gary Rashford, 59, is the man who won. He took his prize in the form of a one-time, lump-sum payment of $790,000. Rashford purchased his winning ticket from Becks Food Store on Buckingham Road in Lee County. The store will receive $2,000 for selling the winning ticket. The Florida Lottery says The Fastest Road to $1,000,000 scratch-off game, which costs $30 a ticket, has more than $948 million in prizes, with the chance of winning one of them being one in 2.79.
