Warm, dry Tuesday; rain chances increase late in the week

Dry weather persists Tuesday as high pressure remains off-shore, with highs set to warm into the 90s for more of Southwest Florida.

As high pressure slides east over the next couple of days, we’ll get one more day of completely dry weather before rain chances begin to increase Thursday.

This will be ahead of a front set to stall to the north of us for the end of the week.

In fact, Thursday is set to kick off a period of unsettled weather, with daily chances of rain into Easter weekend and even next week.

Look for summer-like warmth, with highs set to remain in the 90s for the next several days, which will be coupled with higher humidity.

As we look ahead to Easter Sunday, we’ll still have a chance for isolated storms to contend with, but the main chance looks to be in the afternoon.
