Car overturns and catches fire in Fort Myers, injuring teen

A 16-year-old has been injured after their car overturned and caught fire in Fort Myers.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the crash happened on Sunday on State Road 82, just east of Haviland Avenue.

They said the driver was taken to Gulf Coast Hospital in stable condition.

The northbound lane is back open.
